Best knife I ever used

As a non professional cook I've never experienced a knife as good as this. I have volunteered in soup kitchens and Community meals for 40 years. I have waited to review the knife as we were getting ready to cut up 200 lbs of beef for beef stew. The knife was fantastic. I passed it around to the other 5 people who were helping. We were unanimous that it was by far the sharpest most balanced knife there.
