Refund Policy

1. Returns
Our return policy is valid for 30 days from the date of delivery. If more than 30 days have passed since your item arrived, we are unable to offer a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, you must provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please note: Refusing a package upon delivery does not constitute a valid return request under our policy.
Do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Returns may be eligible for partial refunds in the following cases:
– Items returned not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts not due to our error
– Items returned more than 30 days after delivery

Disclaimer: Damaged items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
Disclaimer: Returns or refunds are not accepted for orders where VAT or duty fees were unpaid by the recipient.

2. Order Cancellations
Orders can only be cancelled within 24 hours of being placed. After this window, the order will proceed to fulfillment and cannot be cancelled.

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be issued to your original payment method within a few business days.

4. Exchanges (If Applicable)

5. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for paying return shipping costs. These costs are non-refundable. If your return is approved for a refund, the return shipping fee will be deducted from the total refunded amount.

Shipping times for exchanges may vary based on your location.

For items over $25, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance to ensure the item reaches us safely.
