- Ship It In: Send your knife to our workshop (you cover shipping costs to us).
- We Sharpen It: Our craftsmen restore it to its original factory sharpness—completely free.
- We Ship It Back: We return it to you at no charge, ready to slice like day one.
What You Pay
Nothing for the sharpening service itself. You only cover the cost of shipping your knife to us—we handle the return shipping for free.
When It Applies
Your 365-day free sharpening period starts the day you receive your knife. Use it once or multiple times within the year—it's included with your purchase.
